A Turning Wheel
The seat for the County of the Proud City, Caer Overlook is a beautiful victorian manor near the crest of Beacon Hill with a gorgeous view across the Boston Commons. The freehold was originally established by a motley centered around a wealthy Boggan cloth magnate, it was forcibly claimed by the returning Sidhe after the Battle of Beacon Hill in the Accordance War. Since that time it has remained in noble hands.
Due to both its history and the character of the few nobles who have held it, Caer Overlook has always kept at least one room open for any resident of the County who needed it.
